Savvy's Girl Next Door this week is California art student Tiffany Toth.
This 21-year-old French/Irish/Hungarian beauty was Playboy.com's "Cyber Girl of the Week" in the third week of November 2005 and was selected as the "Cyber Girl of the Month" for March 2006. She told an interviewer she wanted to do Playboy because "(it's) just so classy and the girls are gorgeous!! What's more fun than getting dressed up, pampered and getting paid for it..."
She hopes to continue modeling for Playboy. Meanwhile, she's stretching out to do other types of modeling and even acting.
She's a shy girl, but she did speak with Savvy about looking sexy and wanting to be successful without needing a man...
Savvy: Hey Tiffany. If you weren't a model now, what would you be doing?
Tiffany: I'd probably have a boring 9-5 job.
Savvy: What are some things you're known for and things you have coming up?
Tiffany: I've worked with Playboy. That's how I got started as a model. More recently, I just shot for the TV show "Las Vegas" again and was on the cover of Import Tuner and Sport Truck magazine. I'm also in a couple of upcoming calendars.
Savvy: Did you enjoy shooting with Barry Smith for Savvy?
Tiffany: Yes. The shoot was a lot of fun, and everyone was so nice to work with. I hope that everyone reading this loves the photos.
Savvy: You said everyone was so nice to work with. Is that not usually the case?
Tiffany: Well, I've had mean girls say modeling is degrading and a lot of mean things, yet they are trying to do what I do. (Laughs) If a girl is going to get into modeling, she has to be prepared for constant judging, but that's the job.
Savvy: Sounds like high school.
Tiffany: Since high school, I've learned to not care what people think because their opinion doesn't matter anyway.
Savvy: We don't think you look degrading in your Savvy photos. You look very beautiful.
Tiffany: Thank you. I loved the wardrobe! I don't get all dressed up in real life like I do for a photo shoot. That's where I do my sexiest things.
Savvy: Are there any causes you feel strongly about?
Tiffany: Hugs, not drugs! (Laughs)
Savvy: I'll take a hug. (Hugs her) What was your childhood like?
Tiffany: It was great. I have one sister. I hated school. I had ADD and couldn't pay attention. When I was little, I wanted to be everything when I grew up. So I guess whatever I end up doing, at least I'll be satisfied. (Laughs)
Savvy: What are your life plans these days?
Tiffany: My hopes and dreams are to just be happy and able to take care of myself and not rely on anyone else for that. You have to stop planning out and trying to control your life because sometimes it turns out better than what you had planned. A few years ago, I would have said I want to be married or somewhere close to marriage. Wow, has that changed!
Savvy: What kind of non-husband material are you attracted to these days?
Tiffany: (Laughs) I like men who are funny and considerate and not insecure. If a guy wants to meet a girl, he just needs to be himself. If he wants to keep her as his girlfriend, he needs not to cheat!
Savvy: Have you ever dated a rotten bastard? Your tone sounds like there's a story.
Tiffany: Of course, the cheaters. I never give a bad relationship a second chance. I've also dated guys who are so insecure with themselves. They would analyze everything and get mad over everything and too emotional for me to handle.
Savvy: Is there anything you wish you could change about men?
Tiffany: Yeah. Stop hitting on women when they have wives or girlfriends! (Laughs)
Savvy: Wise advice. What do you think a woman should do before she settles down?
Tiffany: Professionally, she should make enough money to take care of herself. And she needs to have dated around so she knows what she wants in a husband.
Savvy: Sounds like you are in no hurry to walk down the altar, but you're so young so you probably need to sow your wild oats first anyway.
Tiffany: I don't need to get married, but if the right person comes around, I definitely will get married and have kids. I don't have a time limit, though I do want it all to happen at some point.
Savvy: What does a guy need to do in order to get a second date with you?
Tiffany: We would have to have a good conversation and things in common. And of course he would have to be a gentleman.
Savvy: And what kills any chance of a second date or getting you into bed?
Tiffany: If he talks about how much money he makes or starts bragging trying to impress me. If that happens, it's over!
Savvy: What's the most romantic thing a guy has ever done for you?
Tiffany: When I was sick in bed, my guy sent me flowers and a teddy bear. I thought that was romantic.
Savvy: What's your favorite spot on your body to be kissed or touched?
Tiffany: That's a secret.
Savvy: What's your favorite perfume or cologne?
Tiffany: Anything that smells like being on vacation.
Savvy: And where would you go on this vacation?
Tiffany: Hawaii!
Savvy: What words would you use to describe yourself?
Tiffany: Caring, goofy, creative, and witty.
Savvy: Creative, eh? How does that get expressed?
Tiffany: I like to paint and cook.
Savvy: What's the best advice anyone ever gave you?
Tiffany: Best advice was that only you can make yourself happy.
Savvy: And the worst advice?
Tiffany: That would be just basically talking me into things that are obviously not going to work out.
Savvy: Do people look at your photos and get the wrong impression?
Tiffany: People assume I'm going to be a stuck-up snob. (Laughs)
Savvy: Do you have any thoughts on being judged based on your looks?
Tiffany: It kind of sucks having to look your best all of the time as a model trying to get noticed and get work.
Savvy: Your breasts are too unbelievable to be real. Do you feel like it is unfair when a girl with natural breasts criticizes one who's been enhanced?
Tiffany: I think it is okay to change something if you're unhappy with it. Just know that it's not going to change everything in your life.
Savvy: So you think it's fair that women are judged according to some idealized image that you see in fashion magazines? You're pretty much it: blonde-haired, blue-eyed, 108 pounds...
Tiffany: Beauty is all an opinion. I always wondered who made the rule that, for example, skinny is pretty or a smaller nose is more attractive. I think everyone is beautiful to someone.
Savvy: That's a good sentiment. Thanks for your time, Tiff.
Tiffany: Thanks Savvy!
