During the second show, as Paisley was performing a guitar solo during “Waitin’ on a Woman,” a female fan pulled herself up onto the stage and proceeded to give Paisley a hug while he continued to play.

The Randy Rogers Band debuted today at #3 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums Chart with their self-titled album, selling over 17,000 units. In retrospect, Darius Rucker's attempt at contemporary R&B, 2002's Back to Then, was probably misguided. Especially since the famed lead singer of Hootie & the Blowfish sounds so convincing on his country debut disc, Learn to Live . The CD plays seamlessly, mixing traditional with modern- day and barroom with front porch while throwing in elements of organic pop and soul. It's as if he's been doing this all his life.

Amber Dotson (born in Garland, Texas) is an American country music artist. Initially a songwriter for Sony/Tree Publishing, Dotson soon began singing demos as well. She also made an apperance on Travis Tritt's 2004 album My Honky Tonk History as a background vocalist. George Strait heard some of the singer's demos, and asked her to join him on his 2005 tour, which also included Dierks Bentley. Dotson was signed to Capitol Records Nashville in 2005, and although she released two singles for the label, she did not release an album.

"You Can Let Go" is the debut single by Canadian country music artist Crystal Shawanda. It was released in Canada in January 2008. Since its release, the song has become the fastest rising debut Canadian country single ever, peaking at #5 on the Canadian Country Singles Chart. "You Can Let Go" is nominated for Single of the Year at the 2008 CCMA Awards.

Miranda Lambert (born November 10, 1983 in Longview, Texas) is a two time Grammy Award nominated American country music artist who gained fame as a finalist on the 2003 season of Nashville Star, where she finished in third place and later signed to Epic Records. Lambert made her debut with the release of "Me and Charlie Talking", the first single from her 2005 debut album Kerosene. This album, which was certified Platinum in the United States, also produced the singles "Bring Me Down", "Kerosene", and "New Strings". All four singles were Top 40 hits on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts.

Carolyn Dawn Johnson (born April 30, 1971 in Grande Prairie, Alberta) is a Canadian Juno award winning country music singer and songwriter. Since the 2001 release of her debut album Room with a View, she has seen success in both her native Canada and in the United States. To date, Carolyn has recorded three studio albums, of which two have been certified gold in Canada.

"Not Ready to Make Nice" is a country-pop song written and performed by the American all-female band Dixie Chicks for their seventh studio album Taking the Long Way (2006). The song was released as the first physical single from the album in March 2006.
In February 11, 2007, it won three Grammy Awards in the categories of Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal.

Terri Clark (born Terri Lynn Sauson, August 5, 1968 in Montreal, Quebec) is a Canadian country music singer-songwriter. Starting with her 1995 debut single "Better Things to Do", Clark has charted several singles on both the U.S. and Canadian country music charts, in addition to releasing six studio albums and a Greatest Hits compilation.

"It's Such a Small World" is a duet by American country music artists Rodney Crowell and Rosanne Cash, released in January 1988. "It's Such a Small World" was the lead-off single to Crowell's Diamonds and Dirt album, which charted five No. 1 hits in between 1988 and 1989.

Carpenter's first album, 1987's Hometown Girl, did not produce any singles, although 1989's State of the Heart and 1990's Shooting Straight in the Dark each produced four Top 20 hits on the Billboard country singles charts.

Jessi Alexander (born November 18, 1972 in Jackson, Tennessee) is an American country music singer-songwriter. She has had her songs recorded by Patty Loveless, Trisha Yearwood and Little Big Town. She also launched her own recording career in 2004. Two of her songs charted on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart, and Columbia Records released her debut album, Honeysuckle Sweet, on March 1, 2005.

"This One's For The Girls" is the lead single from country singer Martina McBride's Martina album. The song was released to country radio in the summer of 2003 and peaked at #3 on the charts.
